DVD transfer system

I'm currently in the process of starting up a small DVD duplication/transfer service, and I'm trying figure out an effiecient system setup. What I'm looking for is a relatively inexpensive mpeg2 capture device that can capture in realtime from any source (miniDV, VHS, Hi8, etc), as well as a compatable DVD authoring software that is simple and quick to use and has many, or the option of many, preset menu layouts built in. Our customers will mainly be local households who want to transfer their home movies to DVD, so there is no need for an extravagant setup. I currently have a system equiped with the Matrox RTX 100 capture card as well as the full Adobe line of programs, but I feel that it will best be used as a separted system for editing and not quite efficient enough for what our goal is.

Basically, we want to recieve a source tape of whatever format, load it to a deck connected straight to our dubbing system, capture to mpeg2 in realtime, drop the file into an existing preset menu layout of the customer's choice, and send it out to our DVD dubber.

I've looked at a few options on B&H such as ADS DVD Xpress DX2 and Instant DVD 2.0 which both come with Ulead Video Studio 9 software, which seem simple enough to do the trick, but they are very cheap and I'm not sure if they're able to do what I need them to. I'm also wary about their input options.

Any thoughts on the best hardware/software to quickly and easily complete this task?

Thanks,
Nick
