Fantastic 5D mk II Video -

Take a look at Images of Western Australia's Kimberely by Michael Fletcher, on Vimeo. He shot it with two 5D mk II cameras and Canon lenses. It's really well shot and edited, and has made me think about taking the same trip... if only I could afford it!

Oh, my. What an experience of a lifetime!!!
I don't ever foresee a time I can afford such an excursion, but ... wow... Looks completely awesome. Hopefully someone will "invite" someday.

A boat under a waterfall. How spectacular! Way too much wonderful footage to make comments on each segment. Suffice to say, your video has made me want to head there.

Matthew,

I only *wish* it was my video... then I would have actually visited those places, and have as much talent as the person who actually shot & edited that footage, Michael Fletcher!

Thanks for sharing the link, Julian.

That was inspirational.

Well done for flaggin up Michael's work, I've been a fan for a while now, he really has an eye for it that's for sure. I understand he only started messing with video in about October 2007 and look at the standard he's achieved already!

Not half bad at all…

Beautiful.

Location, location, location!

Amazing and inspiring. Beautiful work.

I agree, this guy is majorly talented. He obviously has a great eye for visuals. After shooting my 5D MKII the past week, this guy has a great touch as well. It is really difficult to end up with such smooth moves with such a small and light camera.

Thanks for sharing that, an amazing clip.

Dan
