FS5 Raw Recording: Atomos versus Odyssey

I guess this has probably been discussed before, but with raw mode just having been opened up for the Sony FS5 my interest has been aroused.

To my mind, the Odyssey7Q+ looks the part but I'm not keen on paying another $995 to open up raw mode.

The Atomos range was recommended as a popular alternative; however, I know very little about their products.

Can any FS5 users (or anyone else) help me decide between the two?

The Atomos Shogun/Shogun Flame currently has raw recording in beta mode. There is no telling when it will be that it is at final release stage.

The Odyssey has been working with raw recording formats for a while now, including the FS700 and FS7 before the FS5 came out (they are all very similar). The Odyssey is well out of beta for this functionality.
