Rick Young's Final Cut Pro X (2nd Edition) - Impressions

Hi all

I have just this morning received 'The Focal Easy Guide To Final Cut Pro X' (2nd Edition) by Rick Young, to give the book it's full name.

It looks like a superbly well laid out, easy to follow and very well illustrated guide to get me going.

So looks like I will be adding FCPX to my workflow options soon (after using Vegas Pro, then Apple FCS 2, currently Adobe CS6 (superb and stable, a joy to use and fast) and Adobe CC (2014.1 has been frustratingly unstable, so far, yet to try/trust CC 2014.2 on a commercial job).

So if any of you were wondering about buying this book, it certainly gets the thumbs up from me. £24 well spent.
