Always show first frame in browser?

Hi people, can someone help with this please.
Im doing eisteddfod work ATM, hundreds of clips all recognised by the first second of footage which shows the competitor number before panning to the performer.
I set the in point in the browser and drag the clip to the timeline.

The problem is this-
As I work through I end up with less and less poster frames of the competitor numbers in the browser, because only the in points are displayed, not the start of the clips. So I have to click on each clip to scrub the first frame which slows down looking clips.

Is there a way to always show the first frame of the clips in the browser regardless of the set In point?
Appreciate any pointers.
