Highlight timeline
 

When I am in the Browser, selecting in and out points, I want to quickly jump ahead in the timeline with a keyboard shortcut (arrow up or down) to find the right spot to insert my clip. But how do I highlight the timeline with a keyboard shortcut, so I don't have to grab the mouse every time I need to go somewhere in the timeline? I just want to highlight it, do something quickly, then go back to the browser.
