Avid 1:1 mxf 10bit and final cut

I just spent a long time exporting a 51:44:00 sequence from a timeline in avid using the 1:1 mxf 10b codec into a quicktime movie. I was able to play it in quicktime on the computer that I exported it on. Now that I tried to open it on a mac with final cut I am unable to play it. I am hoping there is just something I can download so that I can use all of this data. In VLC I am able to listen to the audio but no video.

you need to download the avid codecs from the avid website ... make sure that you download the intel ones if you are on an intel mac
