FCP 6.0.2 and 6.0.3, Print to tape behaves differently?

I noticed in 6.0.2 and 6.0.3, print to tape feature don't act as before.
Did Apple take away time code input dialog upon Black and code in the mastering mode? I remember even in DV mode, I used to be able to input anything such as 0.59.40.00 but not any more.

So I used HVX200's timecode generator to assign the timecode preset, laid down black and timecode. Then I tried to master to tape to start with the time code I want to record from (just assemble, not insert), but it records from where I assigned but actually records from shifted frame, beginning part of the content is missing.

Also, the preroll value don't seem to work no matter what. This seems to be the cause that misses the beginning of the clip. Has anyone figure this out?

I just tried the same thing with Premiere Pro CS3 on the same system, same HVX200 configuration, with a little adjustment of offset, I was able to record from the exact frame I wanted to record from....

What's happening with FCP?
