Logging Clips from the CF Reader

Is there anyway I can capture the clips from a CF as one whole clip instead 100 subclips. Its very time consuming clicking on each clip to see what it is.

There's not nearly enough information to understand the problem.

1. What camera did you shoot your content on?
2. Are you sure it's a video track and not still image sequences?
3. What format in-camera were you shooting?

All else being equal if you have 100 clips that means you pressed the stop/record button 100 times and created separate clips but, answer these questions and one of us can assist more.

Sorry, I have the sony z7 and and FCP 6.03. When I transfer the footage from the CF card I have a whole lot of small clips. I would like to have just one long clip or even 2 so I can scan through the footage and pick out my clips.

Try posting this in the Z7/270 category on this forum; you'll get more informed answers there.

From what I understand, Sony has a plug-in for FCP that *might* solve the import issue, but check with the other Z7 owners.
