FCP 6 Print to tape not working at DVinfo.net

I've been having a heck of a time trying to output to tape using the Print To Tape function. All appears OK when I select this and then hit OK. The deck (HVR M10U) comes to life and starts rolling and recording but no video is output.

I can play from the timeline over firewire and record but I cannot seem to get video out in the Print to tape mode.

Am I missing something here?

The video plays on my left hand monitor (Dual screen edit) but does not play out to the deck. BTW, I can VIEW the timeline on the firewire through the deck and on to a monitor. Just cannot record with Print.

Fix was easier than I thought. I downloaded FCP Rescue and that took care of it.

I'd forgotten about this utility.
