How to View 1920x1080i60

I've been recording, editing and exporting 1920x1080i60 and it's very interlaced (don't laugh) and very jaggie. How should I view the exported 1920x1080i60 to see the very best quality picture?

I've tried viewing on my Mac Book Pro and on my Mac Mini which is hooked to my 46" HGTV via an DVI->HDMI connection, and both pictures look terrible.

I'm working in FCE 4.0.1.

If you export a Quicktime: reference movie from Final Cut Pro (I don't know about FCE?), you can open the video in quicktime pro. Hit Apple+J and in the quicktime properties select the video track, then in the Visual Settings tab select either Single field or De-interlace, and it does a great job -without having to re-encode, compress, etc...
I have tried this many many times with a "self contained" video and got weird results, use a reference video only.
You'll notice there is also a high quality check box there as well, that is worth checking if you have quality issues.
