NTSC Black Bars, Check Aspect Ratio in a Video

Hi, I have some video Shooted with a 5D MKII 1920x1080 30p

I'm using Compressor to save it as NTSC 4:3 but aparently I getting black bars:

I just start a new presset with the follow setting:

Crop to 4x3 1.33:1

Frame Size: 720x480

Pixel Aspect 0.900

in Quicktime movie inspector:

Format said 720x480 (800x480)

What do you think of this setting?

How can I check if video will be fine with out black bars? there is any TV emulator for PC?

Thanks

720x480 is not an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 1.33. It is 1.5. 640x480 is 4:3.
