Maintaining quality throughout edit

If I edit in a Pro Res HQ sequence, will I take a quality hit by exporting in Pro Res HQ since it's a lossy codec?

Going from a ProRes HQ sequence TO a ProRes HQ export should be a straight bit-for-bit copy, ASSUMING you don't change anything (ie. ProRes HQ 1080i60 to ProRes HQ 720P30 for instance)

And ProRes HQ is probably the LEAST lossy of any of the available Intermediate codecs that ship with FCP.
