Dividing sequence into 2 DVD's/2 Parts on DVDSP?

I have a project that ended up being 7gigs.

Is there a way to break the sequence in 2 parts? Part 1 on dvd #1, and part 2 on dvd# 2?

Of course, but there's no automated way of doing this. You'll have to find a natural place to split up the content in your timeline, export part 1 and 2 and then create 2 separate DVD images, Disc 1 and Disc 2 with appropriate menus.

Would you mind elaborating on how to do this?

I have the chosen a point to create the break between Part 1 & 2, but I do not know how to actually create the break.

I'm a little unclear on what you mean by export, and create two dvd images? And how do I select the first part to export, when both are on the timeline?

Thank You very much!

A DVD authoring app is not a movie editor, so if the movie is too big then you have to go back to your editor and split up the movie into 2 separate parts, and use those 2 new movie outputs to create your 2 DVD discs.

Hope that helps.

Of course you could use dual layer DVD-R.

I will definitley go with the Dual Layer option... 48 hours of compressing ain't gonna hack it for me again. Thanks for all the help!
