A couple of handy AppleScripts for transcoding
 

A couple of handy AppleScripts for use with trusty old QT7 and FCP. Not using Compressor just QT7. A transcoder script and a time-lapse assembly script. Presets derived from a QT setting extractor, i have a few presets as listed.

It was as built for the Canon DSLR's but though it might come in handy in other situations.

Apple ProRes:
• Apple ProRes (4444) 1920x1080
• Apple ProRes (HQ) 1920x1080
• Apple ProRes (LT) 1920x1080
• Apple ProRes (Proxy) 1920x1080

Online / Vimeo / Streaming:
• H.264 5500kbits 1920x1080 MultiPass
• H.264 5500kbits 1920x1080 SinglePass
• H.264 4000kbits 1920x1080 MultiPass
• H.264 4000kbits 1920x1080 SinglePass
• H.264 2000kbits 640x480 MultiPass Streaming
• H.264 1000kbits 640x480 MultiPass Streaming
