How come? AIFF audio on import 6dB lower in FCP
 

Hi,

I've got this curious problem on importing an AIFF file in Final Cut Pro 7.0.1. This audio file is panned to the centre and has a volume level of -6 dB in Soundtrack Pro 3.0.1.
When I import this file into FCP 7, some 6 dB is cut off from the volume level! The volume level is then around -12 dB and still centre panned.

Has anyone got an idea how this is possible? I think my 'User Presets' are allright.
