File "Missing" when sent to Motion

Hey everyone,

When I select a clip in my FCP timeline and "Send To" Motion, Motion says the clip is missing and asks for me to find it, It then wont let me select the clip from its original location.

I have sent clips from FCP to Motion before without an hassles but for some reason when I go to now it comes up with this "File Missing" dialogue and the clip in Motion and FCP becomes a Red and white checker box.

Does anyone know why this is happening/how I can get my clips in Motion?

Cheers Sam

Also when i'm importing songs into the timeline no matter what one I choose they all seem to be "jumpy'.

Once I compress the video the song is back to normal.
I have other songs on the timeline that are playing fine but thats because they were there before today.

:/

Usually the first thing I do when FC is acting up is trash the preferences.
But check out this recent post near the bottom of the first page.

You might want to ensure that these tracks are of the correct format ... for example, FCP does not play well with mp3 audio, so its best to convert to it's preferred format (48kHz AIFF).
