go to Ken Stone's site (google ken stone) and you'll find tutorials there on best exporting to DVD Studio Pro and burning to bluray. if you don't find it repost and I'll find the bookmark on my other computer for you and post the link here. Re youtube/vimeo export and upload, check the specs on each site...you'll find that youtube and vimeo have slightly different specs for best quality so most likely you will want to export two different files, one for each. Compressor has a youtube preset which you can use, and you can also use that job function to upload to your youtube account as part of the same process, very convenient if you want to leave the program processing over night. If you're trying to decide whether to use youtube or vimeo, rather than both, I have found that youtube is a more user-friendly player for people who may not have the newest and best computers. I used to upload rough cuts for client approval to vimeo because it has a simple password-protect process, but after a few horror stories of people having to download from vimeo and try to watch frame by frame, or not being able to watch at all, I've switched to the unlisted function on youtube.
