Good Capture Cards?

I'm in the process of purchasing a FCP station...My dealer suggests a "lo".
I've looked at the KONA2 and it looks cool especially since you have HD capabilites with it...Does anyone have any other suggestions or comments on these two?...Thanks

AJA I/O - every standard def input you could want. And the ability to use it on multiple computers since it connect to them via a firewire connection.
Kona 2 - High Def AND Standard Def. Best bang for your buck.
Decklink Extreme - Every standard def input you could want, and half the price of the Aja I/O...installs into the computer.

AJA and Decklink are you best options.
