Unable to Import Clip into FCP7

I was given three small clips on a hard drive to import into my system. Two of them come in fine, one of them consistently gives me the error message attached. The clip has a ".mov" extension. Even after renaming the clip, the same error message appears with the original clip name and a ".mov1" extension.

My apologies, I can't seem to embed the image directly into this post, but it's a screen shot of the error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely it was saved as a reference, not as self contained, so it can't find the video file it referenced.

No, it's a self-contained clip, 2.5 gb in size. It plays back fine in QT, just won't import. Very frustrating.
