Capturing at DVinfo.net

I am trying to log and capture. I have checked my settings on both cam and presets in FC. IN fact I just imported the same mini disk into my Mac and Now I decided to import it to my lap top. (I did not lock mini disk...) the cable is connected. The VTR is okay. But when I go to capture it says 'capture was aborted due to lack of incoming data from device. Check your connections and that the disk is playing". When I hit play it is reading that the mini disk is playing.

Any thoughts out there?
