Depth of field effect

Hi everyone, I have a question for you all. How can i create the depth of field shot that has the person on the screen but its makes it looks as though the background is zooming in/out like a tunnel. U know the kind you would see hollywood use when a character gets a dramatic vision or something. I was wondering if that's a camera lens trick or is that something that can be done in post.

While shooting, you can move towards the subject while zooming out and vice versa. You can do it slow and then speed it up in post if you wish.
