17" Macbook Pro Screens
Apple offers two types of screen, normal and glossy.
Glossy is supposed to have better colour saturation and darker blacks. Which kind of screen is better for editing purposes? Would glossy be more accurate for colour correction? Cheers for any feedback on this. |
Unless you can calibrate the screen, the BEST method for CC is to use a (calibrated) CRT video monitor.

Max,
To answer your questio, the glossy would be better in my opinion. However, I have not used one yet. |
no
dont get the glossy in less you are going to edit in a room with no lights there is to much glar it would not be good for editing at all.
|
I've gone for the standard screen anyway, I'd imagine those glossy screens can smear badly after awhile.
cheers for the input guys |
