IDVD3 and artifacts

I edited a peice 5 mins with final cut Express one, exported it as a Quicktime file to IDVD3 and burned it ,but it is terribly artifacty, square pixels etc, what is wrong does anyone know.

Did you do a quicktime movie or a quicktime file export? If it was a QT file export you really have to checck your settings. If it was a QT movie export then it should have been fine. If that's the case, I've had similar problems when trying to use any DVD's greater than 4x speed on my powermag G4.
