FCP: Export all open sequences

Is there a way to export all open sequences in FCP?

Every week I have an edit where there are over 5 timelines for a project, and I need to export them, but can only do this individually.

It would save me a lot of time if I could hit a button and it would export all the timelines. The kind thing I could do at the end of work before I leave for the day.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Chris

Batch Export

Have you tried doing a Batch Export?

Select all the sequences you wish to export in the Browser, then select "Batch Export" from the File menu.

Export from the browser, not the timeline

Select all the sequences you want to export in the browser, & export them from there.

Batch Export is the best way to go.

The trouble with your suggestion Arnie is that it will only export one sequence at a time. For example, you will have to adjust the settings for Sequence 1, then it will export, Sequence 2 settings will popup, export, Sequence 3, export, etc. With that method you will not be able to setup first and then press "go".

As Ben said, Batch Export is the most appropriate method.

Good luck Chris!
