I've been trying to do so with compressor but the file is still to big, what setting should I use?

There a many posts on this topic. You seem to have a size in mind as you say some are too big. You have 25 minutes of video. You know the maximum size you will tolerate. Do the math. Compressor lets you set the number of Kbitspersecond or choose a preset for several canned rates. The smaller you make the file, the more quality you lose. If you don't like the quality, then your plan to "send it out over the internet" is flawed.

Most video is put on a web server and is downloaded for viewing so the size of it doesn't really matter. It gets downloaded as it's watched. Agian, do some searching here.

Manny,

Progressive download is your best option with this video unless you can break it up into smaller clips. Unless you need to crop your output, you may just try control clicking on the sequence and using the QuickTime Coverter output option. Choose the Sorenson 3 codec if your viewers don't have the latest QT player. Choose the h.264 option for better quality at lower data rates if your viewer has QT 7. Experiement with a few options. Remember that they larger the file size, the longer the download for the viewer.

This link above takes you to a great step by step article on compression using QuickTime Pro. It may give you some ideas. I hope that helps,
