30F Sequence Preset?? (FCP)

Hey everyone, I'm having a real tough time setting up a sequence preset that matches my Canon A1's 1080F30 setting- how are you guys setting up sequences for editing in FCP using 30F mode on the newer Canon's?

(There's presets for 1080i (60) and 1080F24 but nothing for 30f????)

Steve,

Attached is a section from the Kona LHe manual that walks you through creating your own custom Easy Setups. See if it helps.

Dave, thanks so much......actually I JUST figured out how to get it done ( I think.)

I used a 24F preset and changed the editing timebase to 30 frames per second and saved it as a new preset. There was an option for 29.97 fps- do you think that is the correct implementation for Canon's 30F mode or 29.97?
I assumed 30 as it's supposed to be a truly progressive frame from an interlaced chip- was I right in assuming the HDV 30F spec is a true full 30 FPS or is it 29.97?
