Dual Monitors

Hi, Im new to FCP and Im just curious about running dual monitors.
Is it possible to have the Canvas window displayed on a seperate monitor? And if so how?
Im running a macpro with 2.6 gig dual core, 3 gi of ram , (2) Nividia Geforce 7300 GT 256mb cache and one 23" HD monitor
Thanks for the help and sorry if this is a newbie question

Yes you can, left click and hold at the top of the canvas window and drag it to the other monitor. If you want to save it so it opens up that way every time you start FCP go to "window" "arrange" "save window layout"

There's also Digital Cinema Desktop mode which can turn your second monitor into a preview screen which shows the canvas or the currently active clip contents. Access it through the playback option in the AV Settings menu.
