Exclusive use HD video download providers
Does anybody know of a youtube type page that allows users to encode their video through their system for the exclusive use of the filmmaker that allows the filmmaker download clips (preferably native HD) create embed codes for web pages, links for the clip, yet the the clips remain yours for exclusive broadcast that is without public broadcast what so ever from the service provider?
