I totally revamped my site using iframes to eliminate the need for scrolling. I still have my images linked with full URLs because I'm strange that way. I can't imagine it would take longer to load. I also have just one video on a page at a time, so the home page loads quickly. I really like that people can read about us while watching the videos.

Looks nice! Check the link for your Cinematic Destination Wedding, it's opening in the frame, but looks like it's designed to open in a new window.
