Camera recommendations for web delivery only

Hi,

My company wants me to start producing some web banner ads that contain video.
Any specific features I need to be looking for in a sd camera?
I won't need any HD footage for the time being.
These clips will be small and need to load quickly.

I've heard folks highly suggest a true progressive scan camera.
Right now I'm looking for an Optura Pi.
Any other suggestions for cameras or specific features I should be looking for?

Thanks
Derek

Would frame mode be superior to deinterlaced footage for web delivery?

I think you have to get at least a GS400 for frame mode and native 16:9. I have a GS250 and I'm pretty sure there's no frame mode (unless I missed it somewhere) and the sensor is 4:3.

Since most banner ads are <240 pixels high, is there much benefit to shooting progressive/frame since you're throwing out half the vertical resolution anyway?
