DV Info Net - Would the FAA have allowed this?

Not a drone, but is it an unmanned camera platform? An what degree of control does the"operator" have over it? I wonder if the CAA have any official views on trained birds for camera platforms.
Could do with a 3-axis gimbal though. :-)
