Interesting way to obtain drone insurance
 

These folks have come up with an ingenious way to insure you at a reasonable cost. Basically, they evaluate risk factors in real time based on location and other factors, then quote you a rate for that flight. You accept and then pay with a credit card.

Wow. That's awesome! Seems like every state except mine though - hopefully not some annoying red tape issue.

They do have to get approval to operate on a state by state basis, as insurance is regulated at that level. If not available in your state yet, hopefully it won't be long.

It does have some limitations that wouldn't be a problem with a full on policy that you would use in larger commercial ops, but for the real estate shooter, I think this product is right on the mark.

I haven't signed up yet, but there are some good FAQ's on the site and more info to be looked into.
