This App is Crap

I just purchased this app and it is no better than using Streamclip, at least Streamclip is versatile and can output to a number of formats. I cannot get anything other than the Sony Plugin in Final Cut to deal with processing .M2T files with 2 or more separate channels of mono sound. This is entirely neccessary as I don't want the sound to come through in Stereo. I have a workaround, but it involves using quicktime and separating the audio from the video in Streamclip, cumbersome and time consuming. I like the idea of ClipWrap, but it doesn't do the job, plus I thought it might be faster than it is. It too interleaves the Sound into Stereo, yuck.

I believe ClipWrap is the only possible method to convert M2T's to Quicktime, without loosing quality. It rewraps the M2T's without affecting the original video stream. Streamclip can only do conversion, so you put on a layer of compression over an already compressed video. Not a good idea.
