I erroneously posted this in the FS-C sticky thread, am reposting here.

The power brick for my unit has suddenly started producing a humming noise when it is plugged in, and getting very warm - historically for me with electronics this has been the warning sign of an imminent failure. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips or successes? Any thoughts on obtaining a new power brick? Hopefully I can purchase a replacement ac adapter from Focus Tech, and wanted to check for additional options. Thanks!

Note - on a job today, it failed completely. The unit would not power up at all, so here I sit capturing the "old fashioned" way. Normally I would be halfway through the first set of edits, but today I am still capturing from tape. Sigh. Got to get this resolved, quickly.
