Dockable Firestore for HDX900?

Will FE develop a dockable FS for the Panasonic HPX500 and HDX900?

A unit which can mount to a V-lock or AB battery mount?

This looks as simple as repackaging the FS100 into the FS3 body?

Makes for cheap entry into the HDX900 as you can utilise the FS as your VTR.

Hi Scott,

We do not currently have plans to produce the FS-100 unit in a similar package as the FS-3. There is no reason why the standard FS-100 cannot be used with any device capable of outputting DV/DVCPRO, DVCPRO 50 or DVCPRO HD over 1394...including the cameras you mention, if they have 1394.

Anton/Bauer and IDX already make mount kits for the FS series of portable DTE recorders to mount their battery plates,

But, anything is possible in the future.
