HD Specs for Broadcasters? at DVinfo.net

Question for those of you who regularly deliver to NGC, Discovery, History Ch., etc.

What format are these networks asking for when posting the final online edit? Is it HDCAM or a hard drive with the program? Also, what is their preferred audio arrangement for the final edit? I'm assuming 4 channel out - please correct me if I'm wrong. I have a museum project that will post this Spring and it would port very well to NGC/History and so I want to be sure to build it to their format/style. I have their tech specs but not the audio arrangement or final out.
