50p into Final Cut Express 4(HOW Please)? at DVinfo.net

Can anybody tell me how to get HDV-50p-SD recorded footage into Final Cut Express 4?

I can input HDV-25p no problem. I cant find any settings to allow 50 full frames input. I can only presume that as soon as I capture my 50p footage from the camera that it will automatically give me 50 full frames per second.

I would also like to know if it is possible to view each full frame of the 50 in one second independently from the Final Cut Express 4 timeline?

I am now wondering if Pro would have had more control if Express 4 cant deal with my questions.
