50i from the Z1 converted to 25P at DVinfo.net

Hi,
I like both formats. 1080i and 720P. I don't think one looks better than the other. Different uses.
I was wondering, how does footage from the Z1 converted to 720P look?
Is there a decent way to do that with FCP or another software without having some expensive lab such as SwissEffects do it?

If there is a good way to get 25p out of 50i from the Z1, why bother with the HD 100?

I've used the Magic bullet, it worked very well
1080i to 720p
