Installing 5.10......problems
I am upgrading from 4.6 to 5.0 . When asked for the s/n, I use the 4.0 s/n provided on the new disc and the prompt says to provide a "real" s/n. Then I key the s/n from 4.6 and I get the same prompt. Finally, I key a s/n provided by Grass Valley. Same story!
Has anyone had this problem? JoJo |
