Aspect HD and Canopus HQ

Hi there
Made a few underwater m2t clips to compare.
22megs each

Premiere Pro 1.5 and Aspect HD with 20% blue added and encoded out with Premiere Pro/Aspect HD.

Premire Pro 1.5 and Aspect HD with 20% blue added and encoded out with Main Concept Pro 1.5.

Edius 4 and Canopus HQ with 20% blue added and encoded out with it's speed encoder.

note:. make sure you watch these clips with good graphic ports or you may not get a correct view. For example my two screens give different results even though they are both driven by 128 megs graphic ports. The onboard port on my motherboard is better than the Quadro FX560 port!!

I am downloading them now. To heck with how they look on a PC. I will play them on my 60" HDTV using the original files you posted copied to a DVD-ROM.

For me, how it looks on my HDTV is more important. It is what I adjust all my colors for. And all of my customers use the same player.

Edit: I can't see a quality difference. I do see that the Edius is a lot more blue.

What do you see?

Steve thanks for looking at them on you big screen.

Here is what I get my end.
I have two 17 LCD screens both driven by 128 megs ports and runing at 1280/1024 res.

One being the Quadro FX560 card.
The other (beter one) is the onboard 128 meg port on the motherboard itself.

On the first LCD all three look bad (Edius is still best) but on the other only Edius looks good while the other two have banding still.

On the other computer with a 17 inch CRT Edius still looks the best?

I will burn them to a Disk and watch on my two laptops PC and MAC to see what I get.
