Edius Broadcast is one of several NLEs that can natively edit MXF files from the HVX-200. For the next couple of days (thru 12-31) Canopus is bundling Edius Broadcast (regularly $ 995) with the Rev Pro hard drive backup system (regularly $ 495) for a total price of $ 995 ! The Rev Pro system writes via firewire or USB at speeds of 110 Mbps and has interchangable hard drive cartridges, thus providing another option for large file storage.
