50p and overcranking questions
 

I have shot an event in HDVSD 50P and am in the process of converting the footage to hq for edit. I tried converting in procoder express for edius using a watch folder but there was no option for 50fps ,max was 30. However now I am converting in edius using the right click method and converting so I can get the hq with the 50p. Is this correct so far, its all trial and error at this point. I have tested and the footage slows down really well,40% slow mo. So basically, I am using 50p material in a 25p timeline which I will then export back to dvd. Is this good overcranking, any advice would be great, learning as I go. Thanks in advance.
