Using speed encoder from time line with Canon HDV 1440x1080 footage Im ending up with good image quality to SD Dvd but the image is 16 x 9 but like a Pic in Pic taking up about 80% of the screen (Samsung 42" 1080p LCD) My project setting Output device is NHX-E1 HD 60hz, Output format is HDV 1080/29.97 over 59.94i...your looking at your second free Vito's pizza when you in town..Thanks again for all the help. Gary, check the TV's aspect ratio settings and see if one of the settings fixes it.

Hi Mike (you should be sleeping by now!) I have, what works which is "Zoom one" on my Samsung, I also have a new Mits 65" 1080p DLP that does not have such a setting, plus the Zoom, I assume is degenerating the image to a degree...Gary
