We wanted to share with you all just how fantastic Camera Motion Research is. Our Blackbird steadicam broke during travel, and a replacement part was going to cost a ton of cash. After e-mailing Rich at CMR we had our Blackbird repaired and mailed back to us within a week for just $15 plus shipping.
