HDV downscale and colorspace / colour correction

Hi all,

If I record HDV video with a Sony FX1 and scale it down on my computer to fully uncompressed SD, do I get the same quality as for example DVCPRO50 with 4:2:2 colour sampling or maybe even better like 4:4:4 ?

This brings me to my second question:
Is HDV downscaled to uncompressed SD comparable to the output of DigiBeta or DVCPRO50? (apart from the better lensens & electronics)

And lastly:
If the above is true, does that mean that digibeta and DVCPRO50 give me about the same range to colour correct before the image gets weird (like when you add a lot of saturation)

Thanks!
