Need help reverse telecining

I have a project where a client came to me wanting to online his sequence. It is comprised of a D5 tape where 35mm film was telecined to it. From there I believe he made D1 tapes of the D5 and cut his piece. He has provided me with the Master D5 tape, a digibeta with the cut and audio as well as burnt in timecode for reference. I have logged all of the timecode and create a bin in Final Cut 6 for every edit. My problem is how do I go about reversing the pulldown? I need to just create a new 23.98 edl so I can take that into Avid and do the online. It seems easy enough but I don't know much about Cinema Tools and when I try to reverse telecine in Final cut it says it can't find 29.97 clips. I have no media captured to my drives as of yet I only want to revert the list to 23.98.

Figured it out, the answer was right in front of me.

For anyone searching for this answer it is:

Export a 29.97 EDL of your sequence from FCP

In Cinema Tools go to File>Export>converted EDL..>24FPS from 30FPS

This will lead you through prompts on where to save the new EDL which will load fine into Avid as long as you decompose the new sequence so you can get all of the master clips instead of one huge master clip.
