Green Screen Footage Is Now Available to view

For all those who have been asking questions about the ability of HDV to use a green screen, I asked a friend of mine who did some to provide me with a sample.

If you visit my web site (link below) and go to the sample page you will find a link to an HD WMV file that will stream for you. It is only about 4 seconds, but it is in full HD format, so you will get a good look.

Please note:

1. You will need windows media 9 player installed. Visit Microsoft to do that.
2. The key is pretty good, but could be better. My friend does not have After Effects and used the standard keyer in Premiere Pro to accomplish the key. As folks experienced will note, there is some spill on the actor that could be removed if the filter provided the ability, but in his case it didn't.

I hope this helps folks see the camera's potential a little more. The other thing to look at is how amazing the codec looks. This is Windows Media 9 HD and I think it is pretty good.

Comments, discussion to follow I am sure.

Cheers

Is your web page hosted off a cable modem or something?
It took a minute to load. You may want to check into it.

The first page is about 200k and each additional page is another ~100k, The pages are made up entirely of images cut up in fireworks.
I'm sorry Darren, but the post would feel less like an ad if you linked directly to the topic rather than making us weed through the site to find the content.

Click the sample page, and then click the link at the bottom.

3 clicks.

I earn no money off posting the free clip, and infact it will cost me money as my bandwidth usage has already gone up.

I decided to post this as many people are asking questions.

Of course, I am trying to sell my DVD and if that offends you, I would encourage you not to visit my site.

Thanks for your support

Sorry, it does not stream. It is not on a cablemodem, I thought the footage would stream but it does not.
