MS Service pack2 allowing 'AV/C device'

For any FX1 owners out there using PC who own a HD1 or HD10, if you install MS Service pack2, and after allowing the 'AV/C device' to be found and driver installed, you can use the JVC capture utility to capture your clips the same way as with your JVC cam!!!

So, besides CapDVHS and ConnectHD there's now another alternative.......Cool!!!

Damn and double damn....

I wrote the post while I thought the JVC capture utility was capturing from the FX1.....

But it didn't......so now I'm using ConnectHD 1.5 Beta 1 to capture.... it does seem to be doing the job!!!!

To stop both the damnation and confusion... let me clarify: JVC's HD Capture utility indeed does capture FX1's live feed just fine. No matter what flavor of Win XP you have (yes, without SP2, too.)
