DVCpro HD codec for PC to MAC

Does anybody knows where i can find a PC codec for creating DVCpro HD files for Mac?
Ideally the codec would be available from the system, so any editing or conversion software could use it for export (like Canopus Procoder or premiere).
It seems Canopus is doing a Codec Option Pack for Edius, but it is not clear about usability.
Does anybody has found a path for easy conversion not involving the ownership of a PC + MAC + tons of costly editing software (like AVID and FCP)

What exactly is it that you want to accomplish? I don't know of any inexpensive way to generate DVCProHD footage on a PC, so if you need to go back and forth between platforms you'll probably find better conversion tools for this on the Mac side of the equation. In terms of actual DVCProHD editing support, Canopus Edius is the only program I'm familiar with which has that option, but Sony Vegas and maybe a few others might also.

Actually , i am on the PC side, so i find no reason to work with DVCPro HD codec for instance.
But on the other hand, i need to give somes HD files to peoples working on mac. As far as i know, DVCPro (HD or not) is the only easy way on Mac for instance on FCP.
Edius is handling DVCPro HD , but only with the optional codec pack that cost the hell and i am not sur once installed it can be used from procoder or premiere pro for instance.
The other way would be to find a neutral codec, that is available easily on both platform. Uncompressed is unfortunately not a solution due to the huge size of HD files, wmv is still to early for Mac and mpeg2.ts is a pain for mac too.
